Questions hospitals ask
Which hospitals is SVCare for?
Private multispecialty hospitals and nursing homes with 20 to 150 beds, starting in Andhra Pradesh, then Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
Is SVCare running at hospitals today?
Not yet. Release 1.0 is built and being verified; the first hospital go-lives are being planned. We will tell you plainly where it stands when we meet.
Does it handle PM-JAY and Dr NTR Vaidya Seva?
Yes. SVCare keeps a case register that mirrors TMS 2.0 and the AP Trust, with the 48-hour clock, package rates and the document checklist. Cases are still submitted on the scheme's own portal.
Is it ABDM compliant?
ABHA creation, linking and Scan & Share are built for ABDM M1 and M2 and checked against a simulator. They are switched on after NHA approval.
What if the internet goes down?
SVCare runs online, so we plan each site with two internet links and a UPS. A small agent at the hospital handles printers, lab analysers, biometric terminals and Tally.
Can we bring our old data, and take it with us if we leave?
Yes. Patients, stock and masters can be migrated from Excel or CSV and from Marg, Tally and older DBF systems, and a data-exit pack gives you your data back.
Will it send WhatsApp and SMS messages to patients?
Yes, through your hospital's own WhatsApp Business and 2Factor accounts. Messages stay off until your keys are checked and each message is switched on.
Can staff use it in Telugu?
Each person can switch the counter screens to Telugu: registration, the OPD queue, billing and the pharmacy counter.
